If you're in love with soft, flirty and feminine silhouettes, bridal designer Alana van Heerden will translate your wedding dress dreams into a breathtakingly beautiful reality. Her signature style is an eclectic blend of classic, timeless elegance, with a touch of contemporary elements that appeal to the modern bride.
Originally from the Helderberg, she relocated to Pretoria, and embarked on a 3-year journey towards becoming a fashion designer. After completing a BA in Fashion Design at The Design School Southern Africa, she went on to work as an assistant to Marianne Fassler – perhaps South Africa’s most innovative and enduring designer. What she has learnt from Marianne has become an intrinsic part of her design craft, workmanship and career ethic.
Alana sources her inspiration first and foremost from her clients. In a consultation session they don't only discuss the bride's personal style, but also the minute details of the wedding – the time, the vibe, the venue. Through these conversations the bride's personality unfolds, and Alana is able to design a dress reflective of their unique beauty.
Currently based in Strand, Cape Town (South Africa) – Alana keeps an eye on international trends and is simply taken with beautifully styled shoots. Fabrics also invigorate her imagination - the textures, patterns, colours, and the promise of the endless possibilities they hold.
Infusing these inspirational elements into her unique designs, Alana's visionary designs have become known for their sophisticated, romantic style.

Ons is twee jong mode ontwerpers wat ons droom om in die Suid Afrikaanse mode industrie te werk, na streef.
Ons albei het drie jaar studeer by Elizabeth Galloway Academy of Fashion Design en ook verdere studies in bemarking voltooi.
Na die afloop van ons studies het ons besluit om ons eie besigheid te begin en sodoende ons passie voltyds na te streef.
Ons spesialiseer in die ontwerp en vervaardiging van formele en informele klere vir vroue. Ons vervaardig ook bruids meisie rokke hoofsaaklik in n omskepbare/wrap styl.
Ons ontwerper styl is romanties en klassiek maar steeds innoverend.
